Parking
There is a car park at the OTC that our guests can use.  Alternatively there is also a car park at the Beaulieu Estate (by the treehouse) where you can park over night; resulting in a pretty walk by the river, to pick it up again on Sunday.

Check-in and Access During the Day
Check-in at the OTC before you make your way to the treehouse.  Check-in and the OTC complex will only be open at these times:

Morning check-in: 10:15 – 11:45
Afternoon check-in: 16:00 – 17:30

It will not be possible for guests to stay at this centre on the Friday night.

The treehouse gates need to be locked up at midnight and so the music at the treehouse will start to wind down from 11pm.

Therefore we will hold an after party at the Out-of-Town Centre from 12:30 – 3:00am.   All are welcome.  You will be able to buy take-out bottles from our treehouse bar from 11 – 11:15pm. There is no access to the kitchen area during the after-party except for allocated ‘midnight pixie’ helpers.

All music MUST be turned off at 3:00am (infact the sound system is being taken away at 3:00).  Taxis will collect anybody, not staying at the OTC, at 3am.

Noise and chatter need to be kept to a real minimum after that time – as it is a shared dorm and 46 people are staying there with varying needs.  It helps to keep the loving vibes flowing if we are all considerate.

Breakfast

A veggie breakfast is included.  A team of  volunteers (from the guests staying at the OTC) will make it and then also wash-up on the Sunday morning.  The breakfast food items will be provided.

There will be a Sunday job for everybody.  Look out for the sign-up sheet when you check in.

‘Hangover Hatha’ Sunday YogaYoga-teacher-outsideOutsideYogaCostaRica
If the weather is dry then a gentle, and revitalising Sunday morning yoga session will be able to take place outside, on the grass.  Bring a yoga mat if you are interested.  Can anybody bring a spare?

vacuumingSunday Clean-up
You, as the guests, will be responsible for leaving the centre as you found it.  This includes stripping your own beds, vacuuming the bedrooms and communal spaces as well as cleaning in the bathrooms.  There will be a sheet at check-in so that everybody can sign up for a Sunday job.

Bedroomssmall_Bedroom(57)
The OTC consists of two-tiered bunk beds in dorm rooms. The beds are 6′ full-sized adult beds.
You will need to make and then strip your own bed with sheets provided.  Most dorms are mixed sex, please bring some pyjamas or clothes to sleep in.

Bathrooms
Shared shower and toilet facilities are along the corridors.  Please bring your own towel.

Communal Areas
The complex has a large lounge and conservatory area.  There is also an outside section with picnic tables and a grassed area.  Smoking is not allowed in the building or around the picnic tables.

Kitchen
Please note that the kitchen is out of bounds except for those with allocated tasks.
